Activision has announced a new 4 player, co-op game mode for Call of Duty: Ghosts, called Extinction. Extinction seems to be a base building, scavenging, class leveling mode, kind of a new spin on the current Zombie Mode offered in the Call Of Duty Games. Call of Duty: Ghosts is set to be released Nov 5 for PC, Wii U, PS3 and Xbox 360, PS4 and Xbox One to follow.

Microsoft has released their newest Xbox One video Ad this morning, and in it they seem to remember that the Xbox One plays games. It’s a good video showcasing the gaming and media features of the Xbox One. I won’t lie though, it seems oddly similar to the Sony PS4 Video Here. But compared to the previous Xbox One Commercial, this is definitely a step in the right direction. Take a look at the trailer below and let us know what you guys think.

Sony has announced this morning, that there will be an update that will be approximately 300MB on day one for the PS4. They have even given us a list of what is included in this update as well, and the list of what the 1.50 Update Unlocks is quite large, the list is below.
They Have also stated that some features will not be available right at launch, such as the “Suspend/Resume mode” Which allows users to put the PS4 in a low power “pause” like state.
Sony will be issuing more info on this and more updates closer to launch.

Marvel finally released a real trailer for their upcoming film, Captain America: The Winter Soldier. A follow-up to 2011’s Captain America: The First Avenger, this is looking a little more gritty, and so far from what I have seen, looks like it will definitely be worth a watch. Today Nintendo thought it would be a good idea to not only drop a new bundle on us, but to also make us drool all over the place with a new 6 minute video for Super Mario 3D World. Today Nintendo has announced, that on November 1st they are releasing a new Wii U Deluxe Bundle. Included in this new bundle will be a Wii U Deluxe and two games- New Super Mario Bros. U and New Super Luigi U together on one disc. This new bundle will be selling for 299$ and will replace the existing Wii U Deluxe bundle with Nintendo Land.
So if the Wii U Deluxe Zelda Bundle wasn’t to your liking, maybe this new one will be. The Zelda Bundle will still be available while supplies last, and after that, this will be the Wii U Bundle going forward. Look for this new Bundle in stores on November 1st.

It would seem the Surface 2 is getting some company, from Nokia. Today Nokia Announced their first Windows 8.1 RT Tablet, the Lumia 2520. Powered by a Snapdragon 800 Processor (2.2Ghz Quad Core) and sporting a 10.1″ Full HD 1080p, Gorilla Glass 2 screen, and a 8000 mAh battery, it would seem Nokia means business with this guy. The Nokia Power Keyboard accessory (shown above in first picture) will be sold seperatly for 149$ but will improve battery life by up to 5 hours and also includes 2 extra USB ports. You can see it in action in the video below.
The Nokia Lumia 2520 will be available for 499$ when it is released later this year.

At Nokia World This morning in Dubai, Nokia announced 2 new phones; the Lumia 1520 and the Lumia 1320. They both have 6″ Screens, and run Windows Phone 8. More Info Below.
This is the new “phablet” flagship phone (I really dislike that word, can’t we come up with a better one?). Set to rival devices such as the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and the Sony Xperia Z Ultra, This is Nokia’s first foray into the bigger phone arena, and judging by the specs, they are going for it and using what they know best. Featuring a new 20MP camera and bigger 3400 mAh battery, along with a 6″ 1080p screen optimized for outdoor viewing, they have built quite the beast here. The Nokia Lumia 1520 will be an AT&T exclusive when it comes out later this year in North America.
The Nokia Lumia 1320 is Nokia’s idea of creating a more “affordable” “phablet”. At 6″ it shares a very similar footprint to its big brother, the 1520, but there are some caveats. The Lumia 1320 has a 6″Screen but is 768×1020 instead of 1080p. It also includes a dual core CPU and 1GB of RAM, and the camera has been cut to a 5MP snapper, but they managed to get all of this in a package for 349$.
So there we have it, Nokia’s new Lumia Phones. They are big and colourful, and if you are a Windows Phone user, or would like to be one but wanted a bigger screen, well now you are in luck.

Today Respawn Entertainment, the creators behind Titanfall, announced that March 11, 2014 is the day they are releasing Titanfall on North America (March 13 for Europe). They also took this opportunity to announce the 250$ Collectors Edition, which includes: An exclusive, individually numbered 18” titan statue, handcrafted and assembled with over 300 individual parts and battery-powered LED lighting. Also included is a full-size, hard cover art book featuring over 190 pages of rare concept art, an exclusive schematic poster of the Atlas titan, and a copy of the Titanfall game. The Collectors Edition will be available in very limited quantities for the Xbox 360, Xbox One and the PC.

Crytek has announced that their newest Free to play FPS game, Warface, has been released in North America, Europe and Turkey today.
