I’ve always been a fan of the Assassin’s Creed franchise but I’ve always felt like it needed co-op, well it looks like my wish has come true. Along with a new trailer Ubisoft has unveiled 4 player co-op, check out the trailer below.

Sony dropped this very awesome 8 minute gameplay trailer this morning for Infamous: Second Son, their upcoming PS4 Exclusive, coming out next week. Showing off not only how damn pretty the game is, but also how much fun it looks like it will be. Set in Seattle, this is looking to be a must play for any PS4 owners out there. Take a look at this new trailer below.

So today we finally get to see some gameplay footage of The Order: 1886; a game that was announced as a Sony exclusive for the PS4 at E3 last year, and was shown off with a very cool looking cinematic trailer. Now we finally get to see the game in action. This 2 minute gameplay trailer shows off a bit of how the game will look and play, and I must admit, WOAH, does it ever look pretty, and I can’t wait to see more of this title.
No word on a release date as of yet, but when we know, we will let you guys know.
The Order: 1886 is being developed by Ready at Dawn exclusively for the PS4.

Update 1.6 for the PlayStation 4 was just released with a much anticipated compatibility fix for Sony’s wireless headsets. Up until now Sony’s flagship wireless headsets weren’t compatible with the PlayStation 4. For more information on this update go to Sony’s site below.

Battlefield 4 is an amazing game when its working, unfortunately multiplayer has been severely broken for a majority of its players. Battlefield 4 has had its fair share of hiccups since its launch in October and with no end in sight. However EA and Dice seem to be getting their priorities straight and are working on major fixes and damage control. As a thank you for players patience the developer announced today on their blog that February will be Battlefield 4 Player Appreciation Month. Dice will be running everything from double XP weekends, FREE equipment unlocks and FREE battlepacks everyday you log in during the month long event. I just happened to be passing through Futureshop today and noticed this wicked deal, Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag Limited Edition for only $49.97. They had next-gen PS4 and Xbox One versions as well as PS3 and Xbox 360. Your mileage may vary so check your local store and hopefully you’ll be able to take advantage of this great deal.
Today at CES (the Consumer Electronics Show), Sony announced how they are planning to utilize the cloud streaming service Gaikai that they purchased previously. They will be creating what they are calling Playstation Now, and it will allow streaming of Playstation games across all sorts of mediums, starting obviously with the PS3, Vita and PS4 game systems, but also going on to be used on tablets, smartphones and even Sony’s own line of Bravia TV’s. This new game streaming will be tied in with Sony’s new IPTV Service that they announced at CES as well

Sony has stated that this new streaming service will be either rental or subscription based and that PSN features like trophies, online multiplayer and messages will be making their way to it as well, even when you are on the go. This is starting to look like a very promising idea from Sony and would allow PS4 users access to the back catalog of PS3 games that they may have missed. The idea that this may end up being a “Netflix” for games is a very interesting idea, especially when we start talking about streaming and playing these games with just a Bravia TV.
Sony has announced that they will be having a PS3 beta for this service towards the end of January, followed by a larger US rollout in the summer. If you are interested in being a part of the beta, you can head over to Sony’s website Here and signup for more info.
We will be keeping an eye on this story, but so far, this is looking like a very promising idea from Sony and personally, I am very excited to see how this turns out.
