Announced as a PC exclusive almost two years ago, Lawbreakers; a competitive multiplayer shooter, from Cliff Bleszinski and Boss Key Studio’s has now officially been announced that it will also be coming to PS4.

Lawbreakers will be coming out later this year, as a digital-only title on PC and PS4 with a starting price of $29.99. They are not releasing a “seasons pass” and there will be no “pay to win” mechanics. That base $30 will entitle players to all future “content upgrades” for free. That includes things like new characters, maps, and modes, all of which will be available to the entire player base. Among other things, this has the benefit of not harming matchmaking by splitting up players, which Bleszinski believes is particularly crucial for a skill-based game.

Cliff also revealed during a round table interview that it will be playing at 60FPS on PS4. He also stated that it would not be coming as a cross-play title across PC and PS4 as “cross-play is dumb,” so PC vs PC and PS4 vs PS4, no PC vs PS4.
You can take a look at the trailer announcing the PS4 version of Lawbreakers here
No release date has yet been given for the PC or PS4 version of LawBreakers yet, but the PC is currently in Closed Beta, and Bleszinksi did say there would be at least one PS4 beta upcoming. We will fill you in when we know more.

Joins club of actors in both DC and Marvel movies
Tom Hardy is dropping the mask he wore in The Dark Knight Rises for a starring role as the titular villain in Sony Pictures’ Venom, Sony Pictures confirmed today.
Venom is the first of many Marvel-based projects that Sony plans to release over the coming years. The studio’s next project, Spider-Man: Homecoming, will be released as a joint project between Marvel Studios and Sony. Sony is also developing a Silver Sable/Black Cat film, but there’s no word on when that may come to fruition.
Venom is one of the more popular villains in the Spider-Man universe and made his first big screen, live-action debut in Spider-Man 3 back in 2007. That version of the villain was played by Topher Grace, but unfortunately for Sony, Spider-Man 3 wasn’t well received by critics. Despite the negative attention the movie received, it still managed to gross more than $330 million worldwide upon its release.
The move from DC to Marvel also grants Hardy acceptance into an exclusive club held by some of the biggest actors working today. Others, including Halle Berry (Catwoman, X-Men), Ben Affleck (Daredevil, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice), Chris Evans (The Losers, Captain America), James Marsden (Superman Returns, X-Men) and Ryan Reynolds (Green Lantern, Deadpool) have all been in DC and Marvel films at some point in their career to varying degrees of success.
Venom is scheduled to be released on Oct. 5, 2018. It will be directed by Ruben Fleischer, best known for his work on Zombieland.

Today is the the day we’ve been waiting for, we’re finally going to see how Destiny 2 looks in action during a Bungie livestream at 10 AM PST, 1 PM EST. Destiny 2 is scheduled to be released on Sept. 8, and will be available on PlayStation 4, PC and Xbox One. I’m super hyped for this, here’s hoping it plays and looks awesome!

The game’s creative director, said the game would be updated to add a 16:9 aspect ratio, and support for 1080p or 4K resolution. A new version of Phantom Dust was to release on Xbox One but had been unfortunately cancelled. This release seems to a nice good will gesture for fans of the series. We’ll update with download links when they are available.
